Trustwave Named a Top Employer for Gen Y Talent

Companies are evaluated on professional development opportunities, benefits, environment, company reputation and culture, perks offered and the enthusiasm of company leadership and Gen Y employees.

Chicago employers qualified for the award by employing at least 10 employees, with at least 10 percent of their workforce comprised of Gen Y. They were rated in five main categories, ranked as important by more than 550 members of Gen Y: professional development opportunities, benefits, environment, company reputation and culture, and perks. Once the Top 50 was determined based on this quantitative data, a qualitative survey was conducted at each office site, with Brill Street considering the enthusiasm of Gen Y employees for working at the company, enthusiasm of company leadership for Gen Y, overall environment and the percentage of the workforce comprised of Gen Y.
