MDwise Goes Live on Jiva, ZeOmega's Population Healthcare Management Platform

ZeOmega Inc., the premier provider of software solutions for population healthcare management, announced today that MDwise, Indiana's only nonprofit managed health care organization, has successfully launched ZeOmega's Jiva care management software to enable provider collaboration and improve patient engagement. MDwise partners with more than 1,400 primary care providers to serve more than 300,000 uninsured or underinsured people across Indiana. ZeOmega will host the solution for MDwise in its secure, SOC 2 compliant data center.

MDwise's implementation of Jiva, which was completed in nine months, covered a wide range of modules, including Case Management, Utilization Management, and Grievances, as well as capabilities to run analytics. With these modules, MDwise is now able to obtain a comprehensive longitudinal view of a member including demographics, diagnoses, care plans, medical and pharmacy claims.
