AccessData Unveils Business Social Network for its Global Channel

AccessData Group, a leader in digital forensics, cyber security and e-discovery software, today launched a new mobile app for channel communications at its global partner summit in Grand Cayman. AccessData technology partners and resellers at the event included Dell, HP, McAfee and Verizon, who got the first log-in to AccessData's ChannelEyes implementation. ChannelEyes replaces conventional partner portals with a real-time social tool for mobile devices.

"Our channel partners are squarely in the mobile generation, and we need to connect with them in the way they're accustomed," said Chad Gailey, VP of Worldwide Channel Sales, AccessData. "We can't expect them to hunt around a web portal for our latest newsletter. We need to push relevant info to them in real time via mobile, and ChannelEyes was built for that purpose."

Using ChannelEyes, AccessData partners and vendors can use any smart device to access up-to-the-minute product and event alerts, program updates, and sales and education materials.

In addition, the app's business social functionality allows channel partners to communicate and collaborate with one another.
